Data Strategy Weekly Digest

Last week Eagle Alpha’s legal workshop focused on the topic of MNPI and Webscraping outside the US. A notable difference in MNPI definition in the UK compared to the US was highlighted. In the UK data must be widely available (even if prohibitively expensive) to classify as public. By comparison a greater emphasis is placed on data provenance in the US. Data provenance is the topic of our next legal workshop at 10am EST on 21st August. The legal workshops are part of Eagle Alpha’s Data Strategy solution.
